These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of design services provided by RRM Studio ("we", "us", "our") to any business or individual ("Client", "you") that subscribes to any of our monthly design memberships. By subscribing, paying, or submitting a project request, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
01 Services
We provide graphic design services on a monthly subscription basis, covering the formats listed on our website: company profiles, product catalogues, corporate brochures, brand guidelines, sales and pitch decks, and reasonable variations of these. We do not provide illustration commissions, motion graphics, video editing, copywriting, photography, printing, web development, or software development under a standard membership. Scope for any additional service is agreed in writing before work begins.
02 Subscription and billing
Memberships are billed monthly in advance in Indian Rupees (INR). Payment is made through the methods we publish (UPI, bank transfer, or any other channel we specify from time to time), and your subscription is activated once the payment reflects in our account. GST invoices are issued for every payment on request.
Prices published on our website may change from time to time. Any price change will be notified to existing subscribers at least 30 days before it takes effect. Continuing your subscription after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised price.
03 Active projects and delivery
Each tier includes a fixed number of active projects: one for Starter and Professional, two for Enterprise. An active project is one document currently being worked on. You may queue unlimited requests, but we work on them in the order received, moving each one from the queue into active production as capacity opens.
Typical first-draft turnaround is 2–3 working days for small items and 2–4 weeks for full profiles and catalogues, depending on scope. These are best-effort estimates, not contractual deadlines. We do not guarantee delivery on a specific date unless expressly agreed in writing.
04 Revisions
All plans include unlimited revisions on an active project. We continue to iterate on a document until you are satisfied or you decide to move it back to the queue in favour of a different priority. We reserve the right to pause revision cycles that become unreasonably prolonged and to propose a scope discussion in such cases.
05 Your responsibilities
- Provide clear briefs, accurate product/company information, and any brand assets (logos, fonts, photography) required for the work.
- Give timely feedback on drafts so projects can move through the queue.
- Ensure that any content you supply (text, images, logos, product details) does not infringe third-party rights.
- Use the final designs lawfully and only in the context for which they were commissioned (see Ownership below).
06 Ownership of designs
Once a project is delivered and the applicable month's subscription is paid, all final artwork produced for you is yours. You may print, distribute, modify, and use the designs commercially without further permission from us.
Editable source files (InDesign, Illustrator, Figma) are included on Professional and Enterprise memberships. Starter memberships receive print-ready PDFs only; source files can be purchased separately or unlocked by upgrading.
Portfolio rights. We may not display any work you commissioned in our public portfolio, case studies, or marketing materials without your explicit written consent. Confidentiality is on by default.
07 Confidentiality
Any commercially sensitive information you share with us — including product roadmaps, pricing, financials, customer lists, and unreleased brand work — is treated as confidential. We will not disclose it to any third party, use it for any purpose other than delivering your project, or retain it after you request deletion.
08 Cancellation and pausing
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month; you retain access to your active project and queue until that date. There is no minimum contract length and no cancellation fee.
You may also pause your subscription for one or more months. During a pause, no work is done and no fees are charged. Your brand assets and past project files remain in your account.
09 Refunds
Because our service is a monthly retainer for design capacity, refunds for months in which work has already been performed are not typically issued. Full details, and exceptions for genuine service failure, are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
10 Warranty and limitation of liability
We provide design services with reasonable skill and care and to a professional standard. We do not warrant any specific business outcome (increased sales, investor response, tender wins, etc.) from the designs we produce.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability to you under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to us in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
11 Force majeure
Neither party is liable for delay or non-performance caused by events outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, internet or utility outages, and public health emergencies. The affected party will resume performance as soon as reasonably possible.
12 Termination for cause
We may terminate or suspend your subscription without refund if you breach these Terms, misuse the service, provide unlawful or infringing content, or engage in abusive conduct toward our team. Where practicable, we will notify you first and give you a reasonable opportunity to remedy the breach.
13 Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi, India.
14 Changes to these Terms
We may amend these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified to existing subscribers by email at least 15 days before they take effect. Continuing your subscription after that date constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
